ALBANY, GA -- The Moultrie Police Department arrested 26-year-old Amentez Slaughter Wednesday morning after he attempted to break into a vehicle.

The Department has been seeing an increased number of car break-ins in the past month and is hopeful that Slaughter may have been behind them.
