Foreclosure hearing for Albany Heights were held Friday.

The city of Albany began a foreclosure hearing Friday on the Albany Heights Assistant Living Facility.
The city is claiming the owner of the building, Albany Ventures L.L.C. has failed to make payments, and have neglected their financial reporting requirements.
The city plans on selling the building if they win control of it.
