In our Facebook story of the day, we asked, "are there health benefits to taking Fish Oil pills?"
The pharmacist community is reportedly divided on the actual benefits fish oil can have, however Pharmacist Joseph Ramos says he believes it can have major benefits.
"Basically it helps with your cardio-vascular system, lowers your bad cholesterol and also ups your good cholesterol," said Ramos.
Ramos went on saying to really see the effects of the supplement, you need to consult your healthcare professional and work on getting a prescription dosage instead of the standard over the counter dose.
