Sylvester storefronts aren’t trying to scare customers away, they’re just participating in the Second Annual Fall-crow contest according to Worthit2u.net.
Stores are encouraged to decorate their windows and sidewalk areas with festive fall decorations which make for a good conversation starter and -- of course -- make them eligible for prizes.
The winner is the People’s Choice and is decided by the number of votes cast by the public.
