The 39th annual artesian city car show was held Saturday at the Albany mall.

Vehicles ranging from classic cars to monster trucks were on display.

First and second place trophies were awarded in over 30 categories.

Deborah Dougherty the car show chairperson, said a lot of these cars hold sentimental value with their owners, "Most of the cars here have a story to go along with them, they aren't just a car that we own that we put in our garage, my car is going on third generation in the family."

The car show takes place on the third Saturday of every October and organizers say they are planning on coming back for their 40th year.
