ALBANY,GA --
Police are investigating a rash of burglaries and entering auto incidents along 5th, 6th, and 10th Avenues, Gary Avenue and Rawson Drive.

Several cars were broken into and everything from school books to a GPS, a purse, Nexus Tablet and cash were taken.

Police are saying in each case, the doors were unlocked.

They are urging everyone to be extra cautious, lock all car doors--and do not leave valuables inside.
