Olive Garden employees are hard at work preparing for their grand opening next week.

The restaurant is hosting family and friends over the next few days, to get some practice and to make sure the staff is fully prepared to serve customers come opening day.

"We're expecting to see a lot of guest here in the Albany area, I know this has been highly anticipated and so Monday is our grand opening and we open our door promptly at 11am," said genral manager Ken Hall

Before officially opening their door to the public, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 Monday morning.
