ALBANY, GA --
Baker County Sheriff Dana Meade and the Baker County Elections office are being sued by challenger Tim Williamson on allegations of voter fraud.

Williamson claims that several members of the community have told him of irregularities in the voting process which led him to act on this lawsuit. He went on to say that he respects the initial decision, but wants to make sure that that was, in fact, the people's decision.

Both the Baker County Elections office and Sheriff Meade declined to be interviewed for this story and we will keep you updated as details become available.
