MOULTRIE,GA -- UPDATE:
An autopsy was performed today on a man found dead in a Moultrie park on Saturday.
The body 51-year-old Stanley Alderman was spotted around 5:30 a.m. at a park on First Street at Second Avenue Northwest.
GBI Special Agent in charge Steve Turner says before they can release the cause of death, they need to run toxicology tests which usually take around two to three months.
Turner says although it will take a while, the GBI is still treating it as a homicide.

The body of a 51-year-old man was found early Saturday morning in Moultrie.
According to the Moultrie Observer, the body of Stanley Alderman was found in a park on First Street at Second Avenue Northwest.
Police are treating it as a homicide and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
It’s also being reported that Alderman is the stepfather of Anthony Keith, who was found shot to death in April.
