Tifton resident could be in for a BIG payday

ALBANY, GA -- A Tifton resident has been selected as a finalist in the "Publishers Clearing House" sweepstakes.

Rodney Harris has been entering for years, and says he can't believe he finally got through. Harris went on to say that nothing like this has ever happened to him, and he can't contain his excitement.

"It's never happened before! The last time I won something, it was at the library and it was just some shampoo or something," said Harris.

Harris could be looking at winning $5,000 dollars every week for the rest of his life should he win. He was selected as a finalist along with 209 other lucky individuals.

The finalists each receive $1,000 dollars for being selected, and will be waiting anxiously on August 31st to hear their doorbell ring.
