ALBANY, GA --

The Dougherty County Rotary club does a lot for our community.

From fund raising for non profits, to literacy programs for both children and adults, the club is always looking for ways to help out.

Once a year the Rotary's District Governor, Cheryl Greenway, stops by to check up on things and help out anyway she can.

"(I'm there) trying to help inspire, and just be there to answer questions and provide guidance and good practices, you know, maybe I've seen something in one club that worked well and I could share that with another club that’s looking to do something similar," said Greenway, who also added that the Dougherty County Rotary is doing great.
