Marcus Ray Johnson is a man on death row for the 1994 rape and murder of Angela Sizemore.

Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards told us that at this time the case has spent more than $30,000 testing items and that the state doesn't believe the new round of testing will exonerate Johnson.
