Charlene Duncan named Dean of Academic affairs.

ALBANY, GA. -- Albany Technical College has announced the new associate dean for academic affairs in early childhood care and education development.
Charlene Duncan is moving into the position after serving eight years as an instructor for the Early Childhood Care and Education Division.
She holds a master's degree in education from Georgia Southwestern State University.
Duncan is replacing Corene Hughley who is retiring after more than 20 years with Albany Tech.
Charlene Duncan will assume her new position on September 1st.
