DOUGHERTY COUNTY,GA --
Dougherty County Police are releasing surveillance footage of the armed robbery that took place Saturday at the Pitt Stop convenience store on Sylvester Road.

They have a warrant out for the arrest of the gunman--De'Angelo Wallace, who is a convicted felon.

They're also looking for a black male who went into the store to buy a beer just minutes before the robbery took place--they believe he can tell them more about the case.

Police say they're seeing several of these kinds of robberies.

‘We had one last week at the Fast Lane at 3000 Sylvester Road.  There are similarities in both armed robberies so it's a possibility they could be related,” says Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick with the Dougherty County Police.

As the two suspects left, they pointed the gun at a man in a red Chevy pickup--police would also like that witness to step forward if he has any information.
