The Cordele Police Department says they've formally charged 29-year-old Tiffany Timms with second degree vehicular homicide.

That charge stems from a March 22nd accident where her vehicle allegedly hit 57-year-old Rex Poole in the 500 block of South Joe Wright Drive.

Timms has a $5,955 bond.
