WORTH COUNTY, GA --
Early Thursday morning the driver of a tractor trailer reportedly fell asleep at the wheel and had an accident.

According to worthit2u.net, the tractor trailer was on West Franklin Street and Highway 82 and struck a power pole and a parked car.  Local Department of Transportation officials had to lay down sand to absorb diesel fuel that reportedly leaked out of the truck.

The vehicle was registered to Thunderbolt Enterprises out of Douglas, Georgia.  The driver, Ronald Rhyne wasn't injured, however he did receive a driving citation for failure to maintain lane.
