According to the Albany Police Department on Wednesday July 18, 2012 a group of teenagers held up two other teens in the 2500 block of Olivia.

Reports show that 14-year-old Michael Stone and 13-year-old George Rowe were approached by four unknown black teenage males between the ages of 14 and 16 who demanded their bicycles.  When a gun was revealed the boys gave up their bikes and the group of teens took off, however they later tossed one of the bikes into nearby woods.  Three of the suspects were wearing white t-shirts and the fourth suspect was wearing a black shirt.

The case is still under investigation.  If you have any information you’re asked to call the Albany Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 229-436-8477.
