ALBANY, GA --
The Red Cross is making it a little easier for you to decide who watches your kids, by providing a babysitter's training course.

In the course, boys and girls ages 11-15 learn child care techniques ranging from how to change a diaper to what to do in case of an emergency. The teenagers are also certified in child and infant CPR along with first aid.

The executive director of the Red Cross Flint River Chapter explains how the course also prepare the teens to start a business, "They actually go over how to write a resume, a lot of times babysitting is a teenage girls first business, so they do focus on the business aspects. They'll show them how to do a resume, how to do flyers to get the word out that they're available to babysit, a business card, that sort of thing."
