ALBANY, GA -- In our Facebook story of the day, you asked, "what are the signs and symptoms of depression?" We sat down with registered Psychologist, Dr. Cheryl Kaiser to find the answer.
"The key issues of depression are hopelessness, helplessness, and worthlessness. Those are the three things that are most related with suicide, and individuals that have depression," said Dr. Kaiser.
Dr. Kaiser went on to explain that the best treatment for feelings of depression is to see a psychologist and begin the recovery process.
