The Economic Development Commission is calling together Albany business and community leaders.

It's all part of the commission's goal to set a five-year strategic plan to bring more jobs and businesses to the area.

Those involved are participating in a basic SWOT analysis, which identifies what works in Albany and what needs to be improved.
