Dougherty County Police interested in locating a theft suspect.

ALBANY, GA. -- Dougherty County Police are hoping surveillance video helps bring a theft suspect to justice.
On Sunday night, an unknown white male attempted to enter the back door of a facility on located at 3005 Sylvester Road.
When he couldn’t get inside, he roamed around the compound before trying to take a 2002 Freightliner semi-truck.
In his attempt to steal the vehicle, he failed to unhook the trailer from the truck.
The thief couldn't move the freightliner any further, so he left without it.
If caught, the man will be charged with theft by taking, criminal trespassing and criminal attempt (burglary).
The suspect is a white male with a tattoo on his upper right arm.
