ALBANY, GA -- Candidate for School Board, Anita Williams Brown, discovered that some of her campaign signs had been removed Tuesday.

Brown says she has made a habit every Friday of checking each sign to make sure no damage or vandalism has been committed, and was shocked to find that four of her signs had been removed.

"Someone had come by and removed the signs. They were under the impression that I had sent them to remove the signs. We went out to Putney, and we had two signs in Putney, both those signs had been removed as well," said Brown.

Although disappointed, Brown says she isn't looking to arrest the vandals. However she would like her signs returned to their original placement as soon as possible.
