ALBANY,GA --
Dougherty County commissioners are considering extending the sewer line out to Chehaw Park.

Right now, the line stops at the bridge on Philema Road in Dougherty County.

It would cost much less to extend it now rather than later and would also come in handy if more homes or businesses are built along Philema Road.

The money would all come from SPLOST funds.
