MOULTRIE,GA --
Drug agents in Moultrie have arrested a suspect in connection with a methamphetamine-making operation.

34-year-old James Avery was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Officers have been looking for Avery since June 7 when they searched his home at 5962 Georgia Highway 133 South and found six containers in which meth was being cooked.

The district attorney's office may decide to seek additional indictments for criminal attempt to manufacture meth for each of the six containers.
