Albany police report that the 16-year-old suspect called investigators last night and turned himself in.

Initial story (6/17/12)
An argument turns violent Sunday afternoon, sending one man to the hospital.

Albany police say a 16-year-old male got into an argument with his uncle, 38-year-old Ron Lamb at 1209 7th Avenue.

The argument turned physical and at some point, Lamb was stabbed in the back--he was later taken to Phoebe Putney Hospital.

The suspect fled the scene. Police tell us he is a bi-racial male about 5’6’’ and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair in a small afro and was last seen wearing a brown shirt.
