ALBANY, GA --
In Bound Gymnastics received a rare opportunity this week to train with national coach and United States Gymnastics Federation Hall of Fame nominee, Gary Goodson.

The girls went through a four-day camp training them in the Russian Profile System which focuses on the fundamental skills in all four of the Olympic events.

"The nice thing about it is you can work with older girls to make the skill perfect, little girls and begin their learning curve,” said Goodson.

Goodson said he saw a lot of talented gymnasts from the beginners who make up the future of the sport to the established girls who are working to receive college scholarships.
