Albany woman found unresponsive by her children

An Albany woman has been found dead in her Old Dominion Drive home according to the Albany Police Department. / Sean Streicher

ALBANY, GA -- An Albany woman has been found dead in her home at 3804 Dominion Court according to the Albany Police Department.

Albany police say that a 33-year-old Teresa Gibson Wright was found by her children and they believe that she died as a result of a medical condition.

Authorities also say that there were no signs of foul play.
