ALBANY, GA -- L2Networks and Mediacom are headed to court after Mediacom files suit in Dougherty County Superior Court.

The suit is in response to a December 2011 incident where Mediacom alleges that a cable box on McCollom Drive had been changed. This later led to a criminal charge from the Dougherty County Police Department against L2Networks CEO Kraig Beahn.

Mediacom is seeking "temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages; reasonable investigation expenses; cost of suit; and reasonable attorney fees."

For the documents filed in court, both are located here: Mediacom L2 PDF 1  & Mediacom L2 PDF 2 . For more on the story, visit the Albany Herald.
