ALBANY, GA -- Several candidates met at the American Legion on Willy Pitts Road Tuesday to introduce themselves to local voters.

Each candidate was given 10-minutes to speak, and no questions were allowed to be asked. Leaders of the event made it very clear that this was not a debate, simply an opportunity for the public to know their candidates a bit better.

As election day approaches, we will have to see how these introductions held up in the polls.
