Are you ready to join the community in cheering on your favorite American Idol contestant with the community as Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez go head to head in the finale?
FOX 31 plans to host an AMERICAN IDOL Viewing Party on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Lee County High School (1 Trojan Way, Leesburg, GA 31763) from 7PM-10PM during the two-hour season finale of AMERICAN IDOL airing Wednesday, May 23 (8:00-10:00 PM EST) on FOX 31. FOX 31’s Viewing Party will broadcast the music celebration from the Nokia Theatre L.A. as the 2012 AMERICAN IDOL Winner is announced LIVE from inside the football stadium at Lee County High School. FOX 31 welcomes conversations surrounding the finale on social media sites Facebook (/wfxltv) and Twitter (@wfxl, using hashtag: #watchFOX31).
Everyone is encouraged to come out and be a part of the excitement surrounding Season 11 of AMERICAN IDOL. The event is free and open to the public. No outside beverages will be permitted. Stay tuned to FOX 31 and mysouthwestga.com for more details.
