ALBANY, GA -- UPDATE: 9:40 p.m. 5/14/12

Albany Police arrested 42-year-old Luscious Gene Sutton Jr. in connection to this case.  Sutton faces charges of burglary, aggravated assault, and motor vehicle theft by taking.  Sutton was picked up in the 1600 block of West Waddell at approximately 2:30 p.m. after police received a tip.

Albany police are looking for a man that burst into a home on Lynwood Lane, injuring the occupant and taking her car.

Investigators say a black male knocked on the door of the home in Lynwood Lane and when the 79-year-old Carol Dozier opened the door, he barged into the house, striking her. Upon entry, he took the keys to her white 2012 Honda Accord. The resident has been taken to the hospital for unknown injuries at this time.

The man has been described as 6 feet tall, heavy set and weighing about 270 pounds. The vehicle has been recovered in the 1300 block of Colquitt Street on Friday afternoon.
