ALBANY, GA -- Albany Technical College has promoted two staff members to positions working directly under President Dr. Anthony Parker.
Shirley Armstrong has taken on the position of Executive Vice President at the college. She is currently the Vice President of Academic Affairs and will be taking on her new position in addition to her regular duties.
Lisandra De Jesus will assume the position of Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Albany Tech.
De Jesus she moves up from being the Dean of Admissions.
“I will be working with Dr. Parker, the President of the college, as well as senior leaders in the cabinet to continue to meet the technical college system of Georgia initiatives and goals that they have crafted for us,” says Lisandra De Jesus, Vice President of Student Affairs.
Lisandra De Jesus says she anticipates working with students to make sure they achieve their goal of graduation.
