ALBANY, GA. --
Darton College held their commencement ceremony Thursday night at the Cavaliers Arena on the school’s campus.

More than 200 students donned their caps and gowns to receive the degree they spent the last few years working on.

Thousands of family members and friends attended the ceremony.

Some graduates will enter the workforce, some will go on to four year schools and some have the opportunity to come back.

“Now that we're a four year school in our nursing, we have some of our nurses coming back for their bachelor’s degree this fall. So they're excited about that,” says Tracy Goode, the Dean of Institutional Advancement and Public Relations for Darton College .

More than 300 students were eligible for graduation this spring.
