ALBANY, GA. --
The Salvation Army is looking to provide a fresh start to those in need but before they can do that, they need your help.

The shelter is asking for donations of personal hygiene items to replenish their supply and donate to ‘A Place 4 Hope.’

This is a part of the ‘Fresh Start’ program.

Shampoo, soap, and deodorant are just a few of the items needed.

Anyone interested in helping the cause can drop off the items at the Salvation Army located on West 2nd Avenue in downtown Albany.
