Constance Burkes and Winfred Dukes have been chosen as district-level delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte. Out of five delegates in the Second Congressional District, Albany will provide two of them.
“We are very pleased with the strong showing from Albany,” said DPG Chairman Mike Berlon. “The Democratic Party is alive and well in South Georgia.”
