ALBANY, GA --

A business manager fired a gun as three strange men began snooping around his Rodgers Street business late last night.

Walter Houston, 59, was working security at Speedy U-Pull It Auto Parts when the suspects entered around 11 p.m. Wednesday night.

According Albany police, Houston reported one suspect appeared to be getting ready to hit him with an object, and that’s when fired a shot at the suspect. Police say the suspects began running after that and Houston fired a second shot.

No arrests have been made at this time. If you have any information about this case, call Crime Stoppers (229) 436-TIPS or the Albany Police Department at (229) 431-2100.
