ALBANY, GA --
A law that would have allowed concealed weapons on college campuses died in the Georgia House.

Gun owners want the freedom to take their guns more places, like government buildings, bars and even on public school campuses.

One man we spoke with is in favor of second amendment rights, but says it should only reach so far.

“Riding down the road with a gun in your truck has been in my heritage since I was a kid, but walking around everywhere with one? And people with hot tempers? That's dangerous,” says Josh Barfield.

In case the issue is ever brought up again, sources at the capital say it's highly unlikely that any legislation that allows guns on college campuses will pass the session.
