DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GA --

In Dougherty County all people age 21 and older can apply for it at the Probate Court in Downtown Albany.
Officials say you have to pay a $75 dollar fee, and you must prove you're a Dougherty County resident with a government issued identification with your current address.
The Probate Court accepts applications Monday though Friday from 8:30 a-m to 11:45 a-m. And from 1 p-m until 2:45 p-m.
