ALBANY, GA --
An early morning bike ride leaves two men in an Albany hospital.
27-year-old DeCharles Jackson was on the handlebars of a bike being driven by 44-year-old Michael Carroll. They were coming off of Cone Street getting onto Clark Avenue and collided with the driver of a tractor trailer, 62-year-old Richard Gilbert from Florida.
Jackson and Carroll were both taken to hospital. APD reports that the extent of their injuries are unknown at this time and that the incident remains under investigation with charges pending.
