ALBANY, GA. --
Three men accused of army robbery and aggravated assault have been indicted by a grand jury.

Cavoris Harvey, Cedrick Wingfield, and Nathan Witter III are suspects in a December shooting that happened in Paradise Village on Holley Drive.

During the armed robbery multiple people were injured and Augustin Lopez-Cabrera was shot in the eye, causing him to lose his sight.

After an investigation, all three men were arrested and charged.

“The issue was presented to the grand jury and the indictments are returned, so the next step is to take them to trial on these charges,” says Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards.

No trial dates have been set.
