DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GA --
Two term Dougherty County Coroner Emma Quimbley is seeking re-election.

She’s been elected to the Coroners Office position for the past eight years.

Quimbley vows to continue to embrace the public’s grief and sorrow and performing the best she can as Coroner.

She adds, being a successful County Coroner is more than just knowing the duties of the office.

“You must have some understanding, a lot of tears, compassion, and love. Just bringing those things to this office can lead to help and saving our young adults,” said Quimbley.

If she is reelected in July, she looks forward to partnering up with more local agencies to tackle youth violence that results in death in Dougherty County.
