The Tift County Sheriff's Office has now updated the charges against Ray to include two counts of aggravated sexual battery, four additional counts of child molestation bringing the total to five, and one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes.

The Sheriff's Office also said that the investigation is continuing and more charges are possible in this case.

Tift County Sheriff’s officials say they’ve arrested and charged 60-year-old Shelton Floyd with child molestation.

According to the Tift County Sheriff's Office, they received allegations of inappropriate contact with children involving an employee of a local Tift County daycare facility, Upon Eagles Wings Daycare.

An investigation was launched and it was determined that the inappropriate contact was allegedly perpetrated against children ranging in age from three to ten and that the incidents occurred in the daycare facility's van.
