'Cool Scoops' is expected to open in May and will feature a variety of treats along with ice cream
ALBANY, GA -- A new ice cream shop is scooping up a place in Downtown Albany.
“Cool Scoops” will be located where the old Two Scoops shop was on Pine Avenue across from the Flint RiverQuarium.
“As a whole I just wanted to be a part of downtown,” says Owner Eric Culbreath.
Culbreath says he has a concession trailer right now where he sells treats including ice cream, hot dogs and cotton candy from. He says expect a lot of the same goodies at Cool Scoops: Nathan’s Hot Dogs, candy apples, cotton candy and 16 flavors of Bluebell ice cream.
He says he plans to open Cool Scoops in the beginning of May.
