ALBANY, GA -- Georgia Department of Transportation will be working to add a two lane turning area and a double arrow traffic light at the intersection of Ledo Road and Highway 19. Crews are expected to start working on Monday, January 30 at 8 P.M. and continue through 7 A.M., Wednesday, February 1, weather permitting.

A single lane closure and flagman will be utilized during the nighttime work and special attention should be given to the flagmen directing traffic. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution in this work zone. After these intersection improvements are made, motorists are advised to proceed cautiously through this intersection while other motorists familiarize themselves with these changes.
