ALBANY, GA -- Albany Police responded to a drive-by-shooting early Wednesday morning.

17-year-old Jarrell Stroud was walking in the 1300 block of 10th Avenue when a black four door car pulled up and a black man with dreadlocks fired several shots at him.

Stroud ran to a friend’s home and was later taken to the hospital to treat a gunshot wound to his right leg.

Police are looking for a black male with a dark complexion wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and a black baseball cap with a white "A" on the front.

The case is under investigation.  If you have any information you’re asked to call the Albany Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 229-436-TIPS (8477).
