A full body workout at home

No need to hit the gym to get a great workout.  Just grab some kettle bells and you are set for a full body workout increasing strength, power and cardio levels.

Get Healthy on GOOD DAY: Kettle Bells

Kettle bells are very versatile pieces of equipment but you want to make sure you’re not starting out too heavy.  And always remember proper posture.  Heavy weight plus bad form will result in injury.

Three techniques fitness coach Kris Morrill teaches you in the video are: the basic swing, a kettle bell clean and a clean and press.
