ALBANY, GA --
According to Richard Kaye, executive vice president of Hilco Real Estate LLC, sections of the plant are being demolished for future redevelopment and that the company is working to add the best value to the property

In October of 2011, the company based out of Illinois purchased the building with plans to renovate.

Once this phase is complete, the company plans to put the space on the market for rental.
