An early morning assault due to intoxication lands one man in jail after swinging pieces of a door frame at family and friends.
ALBANY, GA --
The Albany Police Department said that 33-year-old Konterrious Jackson came home intoxicated and kicked in an interior door. He proceeded to take a piece of the framing and swung it at his sister-in-law, 24-year-old Kerteria Linkhorn. Linkhorn was struck in the head. He also struck 43-year-old Ernest Brown Jr., Linkhorn's boyfriend, in the hand.

Brown was transported to hospital for further treatment and Jackson was transported to jail charged with aggravated assault.
