LEE COUNTY, GA -- The first ever heroin bust has been made in Lee County according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

On Thursday, at 2 P.M., 18-year-old Jeremy Jackson was arrested in the 100 block of Cambridge Drive. He was charged with trafficking heroin and use of a communications facility to facilitate a drug transaction.

A press conference is scheduled for later today.
