VALDOSTA, GA -- From a press release issued by Wild Adventures:
The management and team members of Wild Adventures Theme Park are deeply saddened by the death, Tuesday, December 20 at approximately 1:15 p.m., of Pandu, a greater one horned rhino.
31-year-old Pandu was one of our most popular residents and will be very sorely missed, none more so than by the dedicated members of our Zoological Operations team.
We are in the process of determining the cause of death and anticipate the test results in a couple of weeks. We will provide further details just as soon as they become available
